Houston Air Cargo Association

The Houston Air Cargo Association (HACA) is a 501 (c) (6) non-profit organization that promotes Houston area logistics professionals involved in the movement of domestic and international cargo by air transport.  Our membership represents every component of air cargo transportation logistics and reflects many years of experience.

HACA is committed to developing and pursuing the interests of its members through regularly scheduled luncheon meetings as well as topical and relevant educational workshops.

Through its annual scholarship program, HACA creates opportunities for college students to explore the transportation industry.  To fund these scholarships, HACA organizes and successfully executes golf fundraising events twice a year.

HACA orchestrates business professional seminars to enhance understanding of ongoing federal regulation and to maintain a cohesivenes among member firms.

HACA members can choose to become involved in a variety of HACA events and services.  If you are interested in serving on the board of directors, HACA golf committee, or in another capacity, just contact a member of the board. Occasionally, all volunteer positions are filled.  As soon as a vacancy occurs, you will be notified.

HACA members that volunteer to serve the organization always get the most value from their membership.

Ensure a Seat at HACA Events: Register Early

All HACA events require advance registration. Members and non-members can register and pay in advance at this web site.  A customized electronic registration form is in service for each HACA event.  

Completing and submitting an event registration form generates a form "confirmation page" that displays a link to the online payment system.
